Return policy DÓTEM:
You can return any item purchased from our online store within 14 business days from the date of receipt if it does not meet your expectations.
Exchanges are handled through returns: first, a return is initiated, then a new order is placed.
If you have any questions, our team is always happy to assist you. Feel free to contact us through Instagram, messengers, or the email provided by your chosen delivery service.
Important information:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The returned item must be sent in its original packaging and using the same shipping method.
- Banks may charge a fee for processing the refund to your card. When refunding the amount to your card, your bank may apply a commission.
- Refunds will only be processed in the same currency as the original payment.
Acceptable reasons for returns:
- The size, style, color, or length does not meet your expectations.
- The item has defects or poor quality.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item is missing any of its original components.
- The item has been used.
- There are visible signs of wear (odors, stains, scuffs).
- Tags, labels, or original packaging are missing.
- The item was made to order (custom-made products).
Additional terms: If an item has been altered or tailored to fit the buyer's individual measurements (i.e., adjusting a ready-made item), returns are possible, but a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover tailoring services.
