All DOTEM products are produced in limited quantities. If an item is not currently in stock, the order will be made individually, to order.
The standard production and fulfillment time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on current workload and the complexity of the chosen item.

2. Scope
These Terms apply within Poland and the European Union.

3. Orders
Orders can only be placed via www.dotem.store. Order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer.

4. Payments
Payments are processed via Przelewy24 or other available methods. The store is registered for VAT-EC; all prices are listed without local VAT.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Gdańsk. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Detailed instructions for returns are available at: dotem.store/pages/returns.

7. Complaints
All complaints regarding products must be submitted by email to dotem.wear@gmail.com. Complaints will be processed promptly, within 14 days of receipt. The store handles complaints in accordance with applicable laws on warranty and liability.

DOTEM processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and the store’s Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions
These Terms are effective from the date of publication. DOTEM reserves the right to update them at any time.
